Fine Codes
The following codes are used for fines relating to match cards.
| Code | Title | Description |
|---|---|---|
| NMC | No Match Card | No match card received by the deadline |
| PDM | Player Details Missing | One or more date of birth or registration numbers missing |
| RNO | Registration Numbers Order | Players not listed in registration number order (not used at present) |
| ICF | Incomplete Card Front | Details missing from front of card (team name, division, etc.) |
| TNM | Team Name Missing | Team name(s) missing from back of card |
| RNN | Referee Not Named | Name of referee missing |
| LAM | League Appointed Missing | No "yes/no" indicated for whether the referee was league-appointed |
| NRM | No Referee Mark | No mark given for the referee |
| NSR | No Score/Result | Score (goals) missing for one or both teams |
| MSM | Manager Signature/Name Missing | Card not correctly signed by the manager or the manager name is missing |
| MCE | Multiple Card Errors | Three or more of the above present on the match card |
